I have worked with Marathon Mortgage and specifically Tom Howell for several loans. Tom is easy to work with; he is attentive to detail, organized and very knowledgeable. Tom was extremely helpful when we refinanced for an addition to our home 2 years ago. He helped us make the best financial decisions for our situation. He called us when the rates came down this spring so we could refinance with a lower rate! It was definitely a different experience with the Covid pandemic occurring but Tom navigated us through it effortlessly.
